There are many ways to get Mom's Meals - qualify under a program offering a nutrition benefit or purchase them on your own.

Consult your health plan coverage manual to find out if medically tailored meals are a part of your plan as a covered benefit and if you're eligible to receive them.
If you find out your Medicare Advantage plan does not have medically tailored meals as a covered benefit, you may purchase meals direct.
