Mom's Meals provides meals for many Medicaid programs across the country. Program requirements vary from state to state. Mom's Meals is not able to determine your eligibility for you — you must contact the provider of your Medicaid coverage to see what is available to you. You could also contact the Area Agency on Aging in your area to see what programs are available to you. If one of those organizations determines that you are eligible for meals, ask them to submit an authorization on your behalf to us so that we may start meals for you.

Medicare itself does not cover meals. However, there are some Medicare Advantage (MA) plans that offer home-delivered meal benefits. For example, you may be able to get meals through a benefit when being discharged from the hospital or a skilled nursing facility, or if you are working with your health plan to better manage a chronic health condition. Some MA plans also offer a way for you to purchase meals through pre-paid benefit cards. Mom's Meals is not able to determine your eligibility for you — you must contact your health insurance plan to find out what kind of coverage is available to you. This information can usually be found by reviewing your Summary of Benefits and Coverage document from your plan or by calling the customer services phone number on the back of your insurance card. If your health insurance plan determines that you are eligible for meals, ask them to submit an authorization on your behalf to us so that we may start meals for you.

Yes, we accept many pre-paid benefit cards. (Sometimes also referred to as "over-the-counter cards" or "healthy food cards".) To place an order using your benefit card, simply begin at selfpay.momsmeals.com.

If you have a Solutran (S3) or OTC Network card, simply enter your card number in the benefit card field at checkout to determine eligibility and check your balance. If you have a food benefit card with a credit card logo (i.e. Mastercard, Visa, etc.), you will enter your card number into the credit card field. To ensure a smooth transaction, please make sure there are sufficient funds on your benefit card before placing your order.

If you have questions about card eligibility or your card balance, please call the number on the back of your benefit card or navigate to your benefit card portal.

Anyone can order our meals direct from us. Our meals are all priced at just $7.99 or $8.99. Place your order at https://selfpay.momsmeals.com/NewOrder/Create.aspx.

If you’re covered by certain Medicaid or Medicare Advantage plans, you may be eligible to receive a home-delivered meals benefit. To find out, you must contact your health plan or care manager directly. We are unable to determine your eligibility for you. You may also contact your local Area Agency on Aging to see if you qualify for government-funded programs.
