Jesse Drew, Vice President, Human Resources, joined Mom’s Meals in 2019 and has served as a training and development manager and human resources director before being promoted to vice president in 2024. In his current role, Jesse cultivates relationships with stakeholders, leads diverse teams and implements effective human resources solutions. As a champion of workplace culture, he is dedicated to not only enhancing employee engagement but fostering an environment of open communication, innovation and using a strengths-based coaching approach with people leaders.
Prior to Mom’s Meals, Jesse held various roles at Pearson, where he led trainings for global compliance programs, built responsive design solutions and partnered with leadership teams on organizational training strategies tied to employee career development, compliance training requirements, and contractual training deliveries. He also served as program coordinator at Iowa State University where he led the development and delivery of course instructional materials for the faculty members in the Master of Science in Agronomy Distance Education Program.
Jesse received his Master of Science degree in curriculum and instructional technology and his Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Iowa State University. He serves on the Greater Des Moines Partnership talent develop board and has served as member of other Ankeny community organizations.
His favorite Mom’s Meals menu item is the Cowboy Breakfast Skillet because he enjoys the combination of eggs, beef, potatoes and ranchero sauce.
