Jeremy Reynolds, Chief Human Resources Officer, joined Mom’s Meals in 2024. In this role, he is responsible for setting the vision and strategy for all human resources and talent functions. His focus is on ensuring the organization hires and retains top talent, fosters employee engagement and development, and upholds Mom’s Meals mission and core values in every aspect of its work.
Prior to Mom’s Meals, Jeremy served as Chief Human Resources Officer of Affordable, where he guided the transformation of the leadership function that doubled the size of the company. He has also served in multiple human resources leadership capacities with Grifols, a global biopharmaceutical company. In both of these organizations, Jeremy was delighted to work for mission-oriented organizations with a focus on powerful health care outcomes that transform lives.
Jeremy received his Master of Business Administration degree from The Kenan-Flagler Business School of the University of North Carolina and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information Technology from Virginia Tech. He serves on the board of Frontpoint Health, a Texas-based home health and hospice organization.
