Mom’s Meals is a family owned business based in Central Iowa. We deliver great tasting, high quality fresh meals to the elderly throughout the United States. Mom's Meals currently works with numerous Area Agencies on Aging and providers across the United States as an approved home delivered meal provider (Medicaid waiver & Title III C-2) for the elderly & disabled. We have grown from a few local clients to now delivering to several thousand weekly.

As gas & food prices continue to rise and the number of volunteers fluctuates, our service is a great complement to current home delivered meal programs across the entire lower 48 states. We specialize in the hard to reach seniors that live relatively far away from congregate sites and existing meal routes. We can even deliver bulk shipments of meals with great variety to congregate sites, senior centers, etc.

Mom's Meals ships fresh meals directly to a customer's doorstep every week via UPS or FedEx. Clients choose from over 45 different meals (all Diabetic friendly) and receive a week's worth of meals at a time. Each meal has been designed by our team of registered dieticians and is prepared in our USDA inspected kitchen by a kitchen staff led by our executive chefs. Our special packaging keeps the food fresh for two weeks in the refrigerator (a similar system to the "lettuce in a bag" you see in the supermarket - no preservatives are added in this process).

We have an experienced call center staff that speaks to our clients each week to take their order, answer any questions, or address any customer concerns. Our call center also partners with each case manager to make sure we understand how to handle each client & ensure the client is getting the nutritional help they need to maintain their independence.  Once we are given a client, we can handle all the administrative needs of the senior from a nutritional perspective, which can alleviate this responsibility from busy case managers.

Mom's Meals can deliver to clients EVERYWHERE because we use UPS or FedEx. A lot of our clients are in areas that are outside a provider's existing meal route or coverage zone. With our service, the senior still receives nutritious home delivered meals without the provider trying to change their routes or operations to provide a special service. We have a special agreement with UPS or FedEx which ensures each driver will follow all special delivery instructions and even enter the home to leave the meals in a more convenient place, because we are delivering to the frail & elderly.
